Sabco Australia Pty Ltd 2 year guarantee:
This product is guaranteed for 2 years from date of purchase against failure or breakage when used for the intended purpose, normal wear & tear excepted. This guarantee does not apply in circumstances where the product has been subjected to use other than normal intended use.

If this product becomes unusable for its intended purpose within 2 years from time of purchase, Sabco Australia Pty Ltd will replace the product.

If Sabco elects to replace the defective product, then it reserves the right to replace the defective product with another product of comparable quality and features in its sole determination. This guarantee is provided to the original purchaser of the product only.

Bulldozer Broom 5 year guarantee:

If this product becomes unusable for its intended purpose within 5 years from the time of purchase, Sabco Australia Pty Ltd will replace the product. This warranty covers product defects only and is not against wear and tear as a result of normal and reasonable use.  If Sabco elects to replace the defective product, then it reserves the right to replace the defective product with another product of comparable quality and features in its sole determination. This guarantee is provided to the original purchaser of the product only.  Proof of purchase should be retained for warranty claims.

The Sabco 2 year Guarantee is additional to other rights and remedies that you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
